IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR STALL AND FLOAT  ENTRANTS

Elmbridge Council now require all organisations on the field or in the parade to have their own Public Liability insurance with a level of £5million indemnity. Apologies, but we can no longer offer organisations cover under our policy.

Please read the forms carefully for full instructions.

Thank you, Molesey Carnival Committee

March with the mole!

Pitch up your stall...

Sponsor the Carnival

Join the Float Parade and follow Mr Mole...

Mr Mole and his friends leading the Float Parade is at the very heart of the Carnival, and gets the day off to a great, colourful and noisy start! If you are a school, local club or charity why not enter a float into the parade? It only costs a few pounds but it’s great fun and good publicity for your group. See the Carnival Stories page to read about the Barn Theatre's success.

The float parade, led by Mr Mole and his friends leaves Walton Road car park at 12.45pm and travels along Walton Road toward West Molesey Recreation ground opposite Sainsburys.

Please note that on Carnival Day, Walton Road is occupied with the Parade from around 12.30pm, until after 1.30pm. Traffic will be diverted / marshalled to suitable routes.

Raise money and awareness for your community group...

Having a stall on the field, with a fun and crowd-pulling attraction, could be well worth the effort in raising funds for your club or group. Please get in touch if you would like a spot around the Arena.

Please note that Stalls are available to non-profit making organisations and causes only. Sorry, but we cannot accept applications at this time for private enterprise.

As a member of the local community and the owner of a local business – we need you! If it was not for kind donations, volunteers and sponsorship the Carnival would not exist. We encourage everyone to try and get involved as much as they can. Particularly, we are always looking for donations of prizes for the Lucky Programme Draw and sponsorship of the Carnival, with the aim of raising as much money as possible on the day – all of which goes into the pot for next year!

If you feel you can donate a prize, however small, we would be most grateful.

A free, local event is important to the community and the more we can do to attract the public, the more benefit there is to visitors, supporters, and the future of the Carnival.
